Water. Our bodies are mostly made up of water. And since this is true, it is absolutely essential that we get enough of it every day. But unfortunately, most people are seriously lacking in their water intake. Some people use the excuse that water tastes "blah". Others say that they don't like to go to the bathroom so many times a day. And still other people say that they just can't drink eight glasses of water every day.
Luckily for the people who don't like the taste of water, many companies now make flavored waters. Using the bathroom several times a day is a sign that your body is getting rid of toxins and not being able to drink "all that water" is a silly excuse. Water promotes weight loss and lessens water retention. It also helps your digestive system to work properly and maintain regular bowel movements, which helps remove unneeded substance from the body, too.
