New studies have come out in the United Kingdom about the use of a treadmill. But not just any treadmill; this treadmill comes complete with a special arm that holds your computer at chest level so you can walk while you work. This invention is intended to help people who have sedentary jobs like office and desk jobs.

Many people who are stuck behind a desk five days a week don't have an opportunity to get any exercise. This special treadmill is designed to be used while you are at the office so you can exercise while you are working. The studies done on obese office workers showed that significant weight loss can be achieved by using the treadmill for 2 or 3 hours a day. The people used for the study did not normally do any exercise. Of course, the biggest issue is getting your boss to allow you to move your treadmill into your cubicle.
