But I Hate To Get Sweaty!

Exercise is the most important part of successful weight loss besides proper eating habits. Getting exercise helps to boost your metabolism, which in turns helps you to burn calories and fat faster. But exercise does more than just get your body in a weight loss "mindset". Exercise helps get your blood pumping and your heart pounding – but in the best way. Cardio exercise stretches and strengthens the most important muscle in your whole body: your heart. And this is especially important if you have the potential for a heart condition or any other serious health problem.
Start off slowly – walking is a good way to break into the exercise habit. If you have a medical condition that may inhibit your ability to do cardio exercise, ask your doctor what kinds of exercise you can do and how vigorous you can be without harming yourself. The goal is self-improvement, not self-harm!
